Museum Guidelines
●Manners
Before your visit, take a few minutes to read over the following museum manners.
●Photography Policy
Personal photos and videos are permitted in the museum ; however, the use of tripods or selfie sticks and upload to live streaming sites are forbidden.
If you wish to publish the photos in any media, prior notification is required. Any commercial use of images within the museum without permission is strictly prohibited.
Accessibility
●Free Wi-Fi and Multilingual Text Guides
Free Wi-Fi is now available at MPM. Multilingual Text Guides are also available, giving expanded information in English and other languages, so you might like to download a QR code reader application before your visit.
●AED - Automated External Defibrillator -
There is an AED on the first floor.
●Coin-operated lockers
There are coin-operated lockers in the entrance (100 yen deposit). The coin will return when unlocking the locker.
●Wheelchair
If you require the use of the wheelchair-accessible lift, please use the intercom to call staff.
●Restroom
A wheelchair-accessible toilet with a diaper changing table is available on the first floor.
●Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs such as guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome in the museum.
